The key to ensuring long life and the maximum value for money from your office copiers is the standard of service and maintenance provided by your supplier.

Not just turning up and mending it when its broken or dusting it over once in a while, but an ongoing programme of preventive maintenance by trained technicians who will build an understanding of your needs and expectations from your machine and endeavour to meet and exceed those expectations.

Continuity of supply of spares and consumables, a speedy response to call outs, free firmware upgrades and occasional user instruction are all necessary elements of a complete service.

ALE have the experience in customer care and after sales service to provide an excellent back up for your copying and printing facilities. Our technicians are manufacturer trained on the hardware and software but also receive ongoing training with regard to customer care, administration, maintaining up to date service records and ensuring that your account manager is informed of any relevant issues.

They are provided with laptops, mobile telephones and have access to a huge database of problem solving and technical information giving them the best chance of a first time fix.

Our service and maintenance agreements are very straightforward, we agree a price per copy with you, collect a reading of your machine once a month and charge accordingly, no minimum charges, no up front billing, you only pay for the copies/prints you use, in arrears, toner included.
